The next Finnish Tactic deck has that complex center design that makes the resemblance at first glance. The heads of the courts show caricature faces. The courts of the Hearts apparently don't have any attributes.

The last Finnish deck has a repeated series of 3 designs on all courts. The pale faces and the center design do the trick here. The design of the Ace of Spades is bigger than the other (plain) aces and gives the name of the publisher/maker.
