-THE FRENCH & THE SEA-
-8-

The second deck of the Navigation Mixte was also published in the 1960's.

Orpheus is a Greek singer.
Castor and Pollux are sons of the Spartan King Tyndareus and his wife Leda. Together they form the twin stars (Gemini) that are a guide for the men at sea.

The deck was illustrated by Roger Chapelet.

The boats have no names, but look a lot like those on the first N.M. deck.
