Fashionable Decks with a Fragrance
-15-
This deck was also published for Hermès, but is older. It was printed by Draeger Frères and published in 1965. The courts show a special designed version of the Parisian pattern. Again the name of the designer isn't mentioned anywhere.
The name of Hermès is on the Ace of Clubs, which is usual in French patterned decks. The shield of the Jack of Clubs, which was once used to display the applied tax law and/or makers name, now shows the French lily.
The deck consists of 52 cards, 2 jokers and a title card. It too was published as a doubledeck in sliding doublebox in the usual brownish Hermès colour. The other deck has a similar backdesign in green.
