SIKAR
The deck was printed in 1935 in lithography. There are 52 cards+
joker, measuring 60 x 89 mm. Published by Sitters & v.d.Kar, a firm
that delivered all kinds of domestic appliances, that could be paid in
terms. Total edition of 28.800 decks.
The deck was specially designed in a fine Art Deco style.
The Kings are real gentlemen, the Queens fine ladies, but the
Jacks.........
Aces and joker in typical ART DECO style.
There are two versions of the backside. Of the above shown back a
total run of 15.840 decks was made. The other backside is the same as
the image on the box. From that version a total run of 12.960 decks
was made. Both runs were published simultaneously.
