The second commemorative deck by Brépols also represents royalty, political and military leaders from the "Allies". Both decks were available in 52+j for Whist or 32 for Piquet.

Maker's name is on King of Diamonds.

The horseman on the joker is the King of Belgium.

As said, both these Belgian decks are commemorative decks. In Germany 3 decks were published during the war, starting in 1915. These decks served a nationalistic goal, in support of the war. They were produced in great numbers.
