Today's lockdown deck is a modern one, but it isn't seen very often in Europe, although it was produced by Fournier from Spain. The deck was commissioned by the Nippon Yugi-Gangu Co. Ltd. from Japan and published there in 1988 as "Arabian Playing Cards". Unfortunately there's no reference to the artist/designer, but imo he/she did a nice job.
