"THE
OLD SCHOOL"
last update: 3/12/2010
In this section we'll show some of the 19th century
decks from our collection. The first xpo shows German decks with scenic aces.
About 3 years ago we decided to not collect decks
anymore, which were printed in a crude woodblock technique. We appreciate the
fine images, made in steel engraving or lithography, much more. But we can't
help it, if we find woodblock printed decks at very reasonable prices. And of course we make
scans of the cards, before we sell them. They can be seen as "Our pre
1850 ex's" here.
