For
yesterday's lockdown deck I had chosen a rather bleak Dondorf deck, with only 4
basic colours and a soft use of them. But today I'll show you that Dondorf was
well capable to make more colourful decks too. For this "Mediaeval"
deck (factory nr. 150) 12 colours were used to create the "superfeine
Qualität" and "reicher Farbendruck" (rich colour printing) that
is mentioned in their pricelists. It was first published in 1889, without
indices and joker. Our deck consists of 52 cards, but there's a 36 cards version
too. The cards have gold corners.
