In order to make 54 cards the complete image of Picasso's Guernica was divided in 6 rows, each with 9 colums. This means that the details shown on each card were created randomly and in most cases this leads to an abstract image, with no artistic value by itself. There are only a few cards, that have a certain diction of their own, so in general the deck isn't very interesting to look at.
