PIN-UP'S & EROTICA

-13-

This deck was probably printed in France and published there too by a magazine called "topless". Judging by the design of the backs, probably in the early 1970's. It is a push-out deck, printed on thin carton, and the complete sheet was probably an insert in one of the Topless magazines. The cards are a bit smaller than usual and measure 40 by 64 mm.
The cards have French indices and 1's on the aces. The name of the magazine is on the backs and is accompanied by "toujours jeunes avec ce magazine" (always young with this magazine).

It was published as a "belote" or "piquet" deck, so only 32 cards, but each card shows a drawn girl in pin-up pose. The artist remains unknown, as there's no signature or name on any of the cards.

We have blown up the size of the cards a bit to show more detail of the designs.
