The KS joker is the only one that doesn't hold a horn, but a bottle instead.

But there's always a copy-cat and they often can be found in China.......

These jokers do not have any colouring of the waves or other application of yellow. The design is pretty close; the lettering of the word "joker" isn't. Even the "N" on the flag has been copied. But what really gives them away is the feeling of the card. It's just not the Nintendo quality.
